Shipping policy

We deliver worldwide. Therefore you can give us a delivery address in any country. We always send our SIM cards as PRIORITY airmail.

Please ensure that your name is recorded at the address you provided so that the service provider we have appointed can deliver your SIM card.

The delivery time depends on the country. Within the EU the delivery time is 2-4 working days, outside the EU 3-20 working days depending on the country. Please look at the table below for the average delivery time for the country to which you would like the SIM card delivered.

Important note: No shipping to packing stations is possible!

Delivery times depend on the destination country and can take up to 18 days to deliver. Average shipping times are 5 to 7 days.

We offer international express delivery upon request, for an additional charge of only 24.99 euros, please contact us.

For Germany, you can book the DHL Express service so that your SIM card arrives on the next working day (Saturdays are excluded, as DHL charges an additional surcharge for Saturday deliveries). DHL express delivery within Germany costs 12.99 euros and can be selected during the ordering process.
